Terms of SERVICE
these terms of service apply to all digital commissions by alternatiz_x, and by commissioning me, you (client) must agree to the following terms:
1. i reserve the right to refuse any commission requests for any reason.2. Payment can be made with paypal, but you will need to pay me via "arbum" and pay me the exact amount of the given calculated price.3. payment must be made after the approval of sketch.4. no refunds5. clients are allowed to give feedback or suggest any revisions about the commission at any stage (sketch, lineart etc.)6. Clients will receive updates regulary or once every few days7. estimated delivery time may be discussed in dms. However, there may be delays due to certain circumstances.8. the artist retains all rights to the artwork, including portfolios, social medias or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.9. you do not have the right to use my art to trace/ train ai programs.
